Hi, I am Simone.  I am a mum of three year old twin boys, a lover of nature, and

spent 17 years working in the Finance industry before making the career change

into Holistic Therapy.

I found this field through my passion of yoga when I attended a Yoga Retreat

in Spain in 2015 and received my first energy healing.  After experiencing

profound energetic shifts within my body I knew I needed to learn more and

have since spent my years learning, practicing and evolving my healing and

spiritual practice. 

 

My strong desire to learn how I could heal my own body lead me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training, my Reiki Masters, and then to study Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.  Through these modalities I was able to experience first-hand the profound effect complementary approaches to healing had on my own physical and emotional well-being.    

 

As a Kinesiologist I work with the mind and the body together.  I understand the importance of addressing underlying emotional factors that contribute to physical ailments.  Our bodies are designed to heal themselves and I would love to support you on your healing journey to optimal health.
